Working Process
Our extrusion process is designed to deliver precision and quality at every stage, following global industry best practices:
Billet Heating
Solid aluminium billets are preheated to the required temperature to make them soft enough for extrusion without losing material integrity.
Extrusion
The heated billet is forced through a steel die using a powerful hydraulic press, shaping it into the desired cross-sectional profile.
Cooling
Once extruded, the aluminium profile is rapidly cooled using air or water quenching to preserve its mechanical properties.
Stretching
The cooled profiles are stretched to remove internal stresses and ensure straightness and dimensional stability.
Cutting
Profiles are precisely cut to required lengths, ensuring uniformity and smooth edges suitable for further processing.
Aging / Heat Treatment
